My name is Meghan and I grew up in a small town right outside of San Marcos called Wimberley, TX. Growing up, I never really knew about western fashion until I was introduced to it when I started showing in FFA. Ever since then, I've gained a love for it and flipped my entire wardrobe because it felt more me than anything else.

I started The Desert Lobo to encourage women to embrace whatever style makes them feel most like themselves.

When going through the process of rebranding, I had a hard time thinking of the perfect name. My sister, Lauren, mentioned "The Desert Lobo" and I knew right then that was the perfect name. For the past 100+ years, our family has owned a ranch in Texas named "Rancho Lobo," meaning "The Wolf Ranch." I knew I wanted to encorporate my family somehow into my new venture as they are my backbone of support. Along with that, my entire life I've always been drawn to the desert and cactus.
